Our Journey
The Story Behind RLM Coaching: From Vision to Reality
Coach Roman and Carla McKinney met in high school and have now been married for 16 years. Our journey together have not been without challenges, but every season have shaped who we are today. We are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters and 1 precious angel daughter who remains forever in our hearts. Through it all, our family have been anchored in faith, love and resilience. As life unfolded, couples and individuals began naturally coming to us for wisdom, guidance, and counsel. What started as simply walking along side others in love and truth slowly revealed our calling. As we continue to walk with Christ, we stepped fully into the purpose He placed on our lives-helping others heal, grow and rebuild.
